Pennsylvania and Delaware
Before joining Edisonlearning’s Development Team, Christopher
Collins was the Director of Sales for Ambit Micro Systems and OEM
in the carrier service industry. He was a member of the
Senior Management Team that developed optimum alignment with each
company’s strategic and tactical goals and objectives. Prior
to this, Chris spent more than 14years in Telcom management
positions assisting school districts with the completion of e-Rate
proposals and developing cost effective data solutions for their
communication needs. An educator at heart, Chris has taught
various elementary school grades in suburban schools and served as
the Director an Early Childhood Learning Program in the inner city
of Chester, PA. He resides in Rose Valley, a suburb of
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Jennifer Fleming

Missouri and Illinois
Since 2004, Jennifer has served as EdisonLearning’s Vice President
for national Supplemental Education Services operations. Prior to
joining EdisonLearning, she was an elementary school teacher for
five years and an elementary principal for 10 years. In 2001, she
became EdisonLearning’s Regional Operations Manager in Kansas City,
and within two years was promoted to Director of the company’s
Missouri Summer School program. Her efforts grew the statewide
summer program to 50 school districts throughout Missouri. Jennifer
is based in Kansas City.
Blanche Fraser

Florida, Georgia, and Michigan
Dr. Blanche E. Fraser is a 27-year veteran of public
education. Fraser served as Superintendent of the Mount
Clemens Community School District in Mount Clemens, Michigan, and
of the Mt. Morris Consolidated School District in Mt. Morris,
Michigan. She also served as Assistant Superintendent,
Director of Business Affairs/Personnel and Assistant High School
Principal for the Northwest School District in Jackson,
Michigan. She taught high school in Paw Paw and Marshall,
Michigan. Fraser has held a number of roles at
EdisonLearning. She worked with charter boards in
Pennsylvania to launch two Edison charter schools, the Lincoln
Charter School (K-8) in York, PA, and The Renaissance Academy
(K-12) in Phoenixville, PA. She rejoined the company after
serving as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for
Nashville-based Educational Services of America. Dr. Fraser
is an adjunct professor for Michigan State University and taught
graduate classes for Oakland University, Wayne State University,
and Eastern Michigan University. She is a past president of
the Michigan Association of School Administrators and served five
years on the Executive Committee of the American Association of
School Administrators.
Jay Gentry

Tennessee, North and South Carolina
Jay began his career as a teacher in Brazil and North Carolina
before receiving an International MBA from the top-ranked
international business program at the Moore School of Business
(University of South Carolina) and working in marketing management
for General Motors and Delphi Automotive in China. He then
joined Lexmark International, where he quickly earned recognition
as a world-class business partner and most recently served as
General Manager of Global Strategic OEM Accounts. In other notable
roles at Lexmark, Jay served as Marketing and Alliance Manager –
Asia Pacific. Jay is based in Charlotte.
Edward T. Kennedy

West Coast
Ed has held a variety of positions at companies such as Price
Waterhouse, IBM, Avasta, and most recently before his tenure at
EdisonLearning, the Seale Harris Corporation. Additionally, Ed
recently completed a three-year school board term with a leading,
private K-8 school in the San Francisco Bay area. He also provides
pro bono consulting services through the Stanford Alumni Consulting
Team to non-profit organizations, including San Francisco State
University. Ed is based in northern California.
Jaclyn Leffel

National Celebrity, New York
Jaclyn began her career working in the fashion industry. She
worked for Chanel and then in the advertising sales dept. of
Cosmopolitan Magazine. She decided to return to my her real
passion working in the education field and went to work for the
Chronicle of Higher Education. During her 3+ years with the
Chronicle, Jaclyn was a Sales Manager for Print and Online for the
Northeast and Midwest territories. She successfully increased
business among existing and endemic advertisers such as
TIAA-CREF, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, ETS, Citibank, and CDW-G, also
establishing new accounts among Fortune 500 companies not
previously marketing to the higher education sector such as AIG,
Fidelity, Bank One, MasterCard. She came to EdisonLearning in
October of 2006 where she was hired as a Business Development
Analyst supporting our business development efforts. In
September of 2008, she was promoted to Business Development
Manager, and then into her current role in January 2010.
Michael Malone

Louisiana, Ohio, and Indiana
Most recently prior to joining EdisonLearning, Mike held the role
of Executive Vice President, Midwest Operations at The Leona Group,
where he supervised executive management of 29 charter schools
serving 8,600 students in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. He also
previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Michigan
Partnership for New Education. Mike’s dedication to education is
further demonstrated by his various executive roles within
Indiana’s Fort Wayne and Anchorage school districts. He also serves
as the President of the American Charter Schools Foundation,
President of the Toledo Charter Schools, and Treasurer of the
Michigan Public School Academies. Mike is based in Fort Wayne,
Indiana.
Jeff McCoy

National Managed Cyber Charters
Jeff brings 29 years of professional experience to the position.
He has led in several roles while with EdisonLearning as Chief of
Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Relations for the Leadership
Institute, Senior Vice President and Head of the Business
Development Department and also served several years as Regional
General Manager for thirteen schools in Georgia and South Carolina
after developing those relationships. Jeff was an original Partner
in The Edison Project and returned to Edison Schools in 2001 after
seven years during which time he launched two startup businesses.
First, Jeff was Co-Founder and COO of Schools Now a national school
fundraising company that was acquired by the competition. After the
acquisition he led the National Sales Department as Vice President
of Sales and Marketing for Entertainment Publications. Second, Jeff
started and still owns a chain of Subway restaurants in the greater
Knoxville area. He was also a Partner with Whittle Communications,
the organization that founded Edison Schools Inc. Prior to that he
began his career with IBM in Knoxville, Tennessee where he will
continue to be based.
Erin Moore

Hawaii, Texas and Celebrity
Erin Moore is EdisonLearning’s Partnership Developer for Texas and
Hawaii, where she has created 35 school partnerships serving 19,000
students. While previously covering EdisonLearning’s Missouri
region, Erin established the National Football League’s first
affiliation with a K-8 charter school in the Derek Thomas Academy,
which now serves 700 at-risk students in Kansas City. She also
spearheaded EdisonLearning’s growing partnership with the
University of Missouri at Rolla to sponsor several St. Louis
charter schools for underserved students. Prior to joining
EdisonLearning, she held several marketing, sales, and finance
roles within J.P. Morgan’s New York office, working on partnerships
in both the European and U.S. markets. Erin is based in Austin,
Texas.
Patrick Quan

National Managed Cyber Charters
Pat has over 18 years of success in solution software sales,
sales management, and strategic leadership. For the past 8
years he has provided education technology solutions that
include assessment, student information systems, and charter
schools for some of the most respected names in the K-12 education
market. Pat came to us as part of the Provost Systems
acquisition and has been critical in helping the entire Development
Team understand the Online product and how it fits as a solution in
the needs of Districts across the country. He currently works
with Jeff McCoy on the Managed Cyber Charter business and has been
a force in developing the on the ground support that is essential
to getting these schools approved.
Curtiss Stancil

Before joining EdisonLearning, Curtiss most recently served as Vice
President of Emerging Markets for Sodexho USA (now Sodexo), where
he was responsible for sales, marketing and business development
for historically black colleges and universities, Hispanic-serving
universities and large urban K-12 public school district accounts.
Curtiss has been recognized for his leadership in his area’s
African American community with the "Emerging Leader Award" from
Applause! magazine in 1996, and his research on marketing to
African-American consumers has been featured in publications
including Jet magazine. Curtiss is based in Chesterfield,
Virginia.
