As an example, each of our principal and teacher positions offers compensation that is competitive with the local school districts and may offer opportunities for additional performance bonuses.
Full-time employees become eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefits package on the first of the month, following 30 days of active employment. These benefits are also available to eligible dependents.
Each year employees have the opportunity to enroll in the following benefit plans (these plans apply to most of our schools and positions; however, coverage and plans can change and do vary in some locations):
