EdisonLearning will not be liable to you or any third party as a result of such termination or modification. The terms and conditions provided in the Terms of Use will survive any such termination or modification.

MINORS.

Minors, and in particular children under the age of 13, may not be able to participate in certain activities on the Site, or may be able to participate only with a parent or guardian. At various places on the Site, we ask users to enter their age or birth date. EdisonLearning relies on you as a user to be truthful in responding to these questions.
