With a heightened awareness that many students drop out of school because the traditional approach to learning no longer keeps them interested and focused or because extraordinarily difficult life circumstances interrupted their educational path, EdisonLearning developed, what has become, one of the premier alternative learning programs available to students in the United States.
The Bridgescape program provides students with an alternative path to earn a high school diploma in an environment that fits their schedule, life circumstances and learning needs. The positive outcomes of the work being done in Chicago, Ohio, and Florida are best evidenced by the fact that students can earn their high school diploma when they complete their academic work.
Such is the case with Amy Diaz (above left) and Danelly Lopez (above right), who each recently completed their final coursework at Chambers High School in Homestead, Florida to earn their high school diplomas; and plan to continue their educations in college. Congratulations, Amy and Danelly.
